Purchased 2 charms and 2 clips for bracelet. Assoc changed first clip has did not seem to clip well. Clip fell off and lost in less than a week and cannot afford new one.

I know it's the holiday season, I felt super rushed and the associate didn't even show me options! She probably thought I couldn't afford it and she had only showed me the cheap charms! What if I wanted one of the newest charms that had came out!

I felt very rushed by the sales associate. The bracelets she sold me are too big for me. She made it seem like that’s how it should be. I measured them against my bracelets at home and they were much bigger. One of them she tried to put a bracelet on two sizes smaller then gave me the bigger size making like it was the next size up and told me it fit. It’s so big it almost slips right off. I feel she did this just to get a sale. I felt so rushed which is another reason I bought what I bought. I checked online and there are sizes between the too small and too big bracelet. I ended up purchasing from online and the in between size does fit. I will be returning the items I purchased in store. Hopefully she isn’t working.
