Everyone at this Tire Kingdom is very professional and friendly, especially Mike who took care of my tire issue. Store is clean, and staff got my car done in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Cost, Cleanliness, Courtesy Staff was extremely attentive Kept me informed of progress Check out was quick and easy. Explained how often I should come back in for an alignment. The alignment would be done at NO CHARGE Answered ALL my questions

Like so many, we picked up a screw in our tire, but unfortunately — because it was on the inside sidewall — it could/should not be patched. I called Tire Kingdom before going up & Ray advised there would be a wait, but to come on up & they’d do what they could to squeeze me in. Ray promptly greeted me & got me checked in, and kindly reiterated the likelihood of a longer-than-normal wait because of appointments and others with the same issue who were ahead of me — completely reasonable & understandable. So yes, I was there for awhile, but the customer waiting area was clean & comfortable with coffee, television & wifi. And either Ray or another associate periodically checked on me while I waited. There was no pressure … just friendly, honest service which I value & much appreciate, and wanted to pass along.
