I had a nail in my tire and needed to be replaced

This was my first time at this store and it’s the best Tire Kingdom in the area that I’ve been to. John was helpful and took the time to communicate all the details with us about the tire purchase. He answered our questions and we felt comfortable. The service was completed quickly and everything was correct. Really appreciate the great customer service and based on today’s experience will return in the future.

John arranged for another tire to be couriered over from another location so that I could have my service appointment completed in a timely manner.

I had been going to the Tire Kingdom at 14650 S Tamiami Trail ran by Edwin for about half a year now and on every visit I had terrible service. One time they cross threaded 2 lug nuts on my tire, and refused to take responsibility for the broken studs that resulted because of this when it came time to take one of my tires off. Just a total joke. This location seems much more professional.

Ray is great. Extremely helpful and detailed in his work. He explained everything thoroughly. The price was exactly as he quoted and the work was done quick.

Ray Hawkins is the best.. He could use however a reliable assistant since the Location is so busy..
