Great food and quick service

Great food I love it! A little over priced and sml portions but very tasty. I took my two little brothers to rubins today and they love the food! Staff was good very pleasant and friendly I definitely recommend this place for families and friends

Rubios was holding a school fundraiser and was not prepared and short staffed. 2 employees called in sick and they did nothing to get coverage. It took us 30 minutes to even have our order taken and then an hour to get our food! People left because they didn't want to wait. It was sad that the school lost out on money because rubios (who had asked us to hold the fundraiser) was not prepared for the snout of people who would attend.

Fresh food slow service

I waited 5 minutes to order. Once I ordered I asked if I can get my chips. They said they would bring them to me. She forgot about me and brought other people their food. I had to ask again?! Once I finally got my food it was cold. And the tortilla felt microwaved and hard/stale. I didn't even finish my plate I threw it away. Definitely wasted Money!

I felt ripped off. Taco Tuesday. I always go on taco Tuesday. This tine they claimed that the sale tacos doesn't start until after 230. I have been there before many times prior to 230 and I always got it at a dollar 50. I didn't see any signs that says that it would start after 230. I've seen the poster but I did not see 230. So I only bought one taco only because I felt obligated. I would have walked away and came back later but I was already waited in line.
