Big O Tires

I went to see Mikey's big brother, Jacob today, at Big O, on Power and Baseline. I felt welcomed immediately and Jacob spoke with me like we were family. He was professional as well, and even did a complete inspection on my vehicle with my oil change at no extra charge! Gave me the best information and advice when it comes to safety and the tires that were on my vehicle. One was a complete wrong size than the rest, which is not good to have! I will continue to come to Big O's, and see Jacob for years to come!! Nice to be able to get work done, by someone you can trust!

Really like coming here. I use this same location all the time. They always take care of me. I keep coming back for the warranty

The staff was friendly and courteous, gave me an estimate on both price and service time, and were right on both issues. I was traveling out of town so their professionalism was especially appreciated in getting back on the road on time.
