David Olsen handled my sercice and was extremely professional and very helpful. I had driven in from Colorado for a weekend lacrosse tournament at BYU and punctured my rear passenger tire. Instead of trying to sell me four new tires (like some of their competitors), he replaced my punctured tire with a quality new tire. He did not pressure me or try to take advantage of the situation like the other place I went to that morning. He sold me only what I needed and I very much appreciated his honesty. They had my spare off and the new tire on in 30 minutes, and I was on my way back to Colorado. Thank you David

I needed to come in for a routine tire rotation and oil change and turns out there are quite a few things wrong/going on with my car. I told them I’d have to check a few things before committing to having all that extra work being done. I asked for a paper that clearly states those other issues along with their prices so that I have an idea of what to expect. They did just that for me! I also appreciated them honoring a deal that I found online!

I went to see Mikey's big brother, Jacob today, at Big O, on Power and Baseline. I felt welcomed immediately and Jacob spoke with me like we were family. He was professional as well, and even did a complete inspection on my vehicle with my oil change at no extra charge! Gave me the best information and advice when it comes to safety and the tires that were on my vehicle. One was a complete wrong size than the rest, which is not good to have! I will continue to come to Big O's, and see Jacob for years to come!! Nice to be able to get work done, by someone you can trust!
