Easy to schedule and seems like the alignment was done right. They didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need.

Jacob went out of his way to identify and locate the part needed in order to make my repair. He kept me informed as the process was happening and took extra steps to reduce the possibility of future problems.

I appreciate the Big O Tires for inflating my tires while I save money to but tires. They are really nice and professional .

Upon arrival I was greeted by an associate. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had scheduled the appointment for a tire rotation and to have my alignment checked. I had my dogs with me so we took a short walk in the neighborhood. Once we had returned we sat in the waiting area; the associate asked if I would like a bowl of water for my dogs which is rare in my experience. Once the alignment had been checked he came and explained the findings as well as my options; I decided to have the alignment completed. While checking out he explained my pricing options and the warranty each option provided me. I opted for the 1 year warranty. I really appreciated the great customer service that I received at this location and will be using it moving forward. Highly recommend.

Communication was great. The biggest thing that made me happy is something they did which is very small. I got an oil change when I got my tires replaced. When I picked up my car I noticed the service alert light was off. Not many places other than a dealer reset the services reminder lights
