The store assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and generous with her time. The bed frame I had seen on your website was as shown, and sturdily made to a good standard.

The service I received from the moment I walked in was excellent the lady was very nice didn't push anything on to me everything I asked she new the answers we walked talked and tried in the end I spent £2600 and felt very comfortable.

Richard was friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He was able to concisely tell us what customisation and extended guarantee options were and we opted to extend our warranty on all three products. It helped that the price was very reasonable for this at just over £130. We felt in good hands dealing with him and his customer service was excellent.

Arrived into the store, was seen promptly, in store staff were very knowledgeable around products and were able to show us all the ones we were interested in and provide us with pillows to try out some mattresses for comfort, very accommodating to finding a delivery date that worked for when we wanted the new mattress

Was seen instantly by a member of staff. He was very welcoming, very helpful, polite and friendly. Also he had a very happy positive attitude - Unlike some shops where staff look miserable.

The staff member I dealt with was very knowledgable, helpful and approachable. He spent time for me to complete the mattress test and then showing me the recommended mattresses. He knew the products well and was patient and able to suggest alternatives in my price range. He was a pleasure to deal with. Also liked the way separate pillows with something to cover it was used to ensure cleanliness and no cross contamination. Will use this store again.

Richard (the store assistant) was attentive and gave us great advice and guidance without pressure. He was helpful and kept in contact regarding the finance issue and provided solutions which enabled us to continue with the purchase. The other assistant in the store was also friendly and helpful.
