Richard who helped on each of the 4 visits to store was extremely knowledgable but didn't crowd us and allowed us to walk round and look at the products. He was always happy to see us and I cannot fault him. We tried the majority of mattresses and it was tough to decide but Richard's assistance and offer to use the posture machine was very much appreciated. He made our decision to shop at dreams very easy.

The salesman, plus the product which i as yet have not used. Will be to say if l am also highly satisfied with my new mattress, after I have sleepy on it. Felt good in the showroom.

I initially contacted the branch to enquire if a product, I had seen online was on show, unfortunately it was not but due to the politeness of the sales lady, I decided to visit the show anyway. Fran who served me was very good, kind and knowledgeable. After speaking to Fran on the phone I wanted to have Fran serve me all though the viewing of beds and ordering process.

Richard was very helpful. He was available to answer our questions and support us when we needed him, but he gave us space to make our individual choices. We were very impressed with the assistance we were given in choosing a mattress, base and headboard. Thank you very much Richard, Canterbury.

The lady who served us was so kind and helpful, she made the process so easy. She welcomed us as we walked in and when she saw we were interested in one particular mattress she went to get us pillows. She answered all our questions and then she sat us down and we had ordered the mattress within about 10 minutes. She offered us a drink too which was surprising but a lovely gesture.

The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a lot of time speaking with us and discussing what our needs were. I also liked the fact that the shop tested you to see which mattresses were the best match.

When I arrived it was a busy time because two couples had turned up as well as me. But the young man, Richard, and his colleague darted about like jack rabbits between us all to make sure we were trying out mattresses, using the tester bed and so on. They were very energetic and committed to their customers.
