El Pollo Loco

I've never had anything here that I didn't like but I'm VERY sad about them taking nachos off of their menu

Good food

Great service. Friendly staff. Food arrived quickly. Love the mango chicken tostada! I'm not crazy about those electronic buzzers they give you to alert you that your food is done because I think they aren't very sanitary with so many people handling them. But the service was great and the food was fresh and tasted delicious! I'll be back.

The girl who took our order was very patient and pleasant, however when we reviewed our order at home we realized we had not been given one of our large side orders.

They forgot to give me my drink and gave me the wrong tortillas.

The lady was rude, and the taste of the food was not very good

We paid for food that they forgot to give us. Had to scream into speaker because they "couldn't hear". Worked had no knowledge of what was included in meals so we were misinformed.
