The staff is very friendly and my order is always done quickly and correctly. The service over the counter is slow and they seem to give more preference to the drive thru.

today it was the worst experience with el Pollo food, I ever had. the burrito was dry, hard, and seemed old. tasted horrible and I was super hungry. very disappointing. usually , it is my go to chicken.
