I like Pollo Loco. I don't like that you don't have the sweet black beans anymore.

The girl in the drive thru was rude. I had to repeat my order 2 times. Buy the time I got to the window my burrito was bearly wrapped and they gave me no salsa or dressing for my salad. I'm glad I didn't drive away. They should ask you if you want condiments. She didn't even put a fork for my salad. I might not go to this el pollo loco anymore. They take to long in the drive thru

Drive thru was clean but the line moved slow. Food tasted fresh and had good flavor.
