I was able to schedule a next day appointment and everything was done quickly so I was free to continue may very busy day.

Service was thorough, timely and effective

Kyle understood our surprise, emergency need for two tires, got us in 90 minutes BEFORE our appointment, and we left in an hour. It was pricier then I expected at $650+, but we were on the road, and that was the important part! We got my son and his fiancee to his plane in time - so no complaints!

Have been going here for many years with all of my vehicles and it has always been a good experience.

They were able to get me in with no appointment and able to model the tires vs another set I wanted

I called to make an appointment when I called back because I forgot what appointment time they kindly reminded me what time I made my appointment for there was no surprises in cost and when they did a check up on the car after the oil change they were very professional I will be back to this Big o not only for oil changes on the vehicle I just did but for my other vehicle and I would recommend them to anybody.

I initially made an appointment for a 4-wheel alignment, but after looking at paperwork from an earlier visit, decided to replace the inner and outer tie rod ends. The price quoted for the replacement tie rods was lower than the price on the paperwork plus I got a 10% discount. Saved me a couple hundred bucks!

I called ahead to see if they could repair one of my tires that has been punctured, and they were able to take in my car immediately. Pros about my visit: 1) The location was convenient for me since it was super close to my workplace and I had just gotten off shift. 2) The lobby was clean. 3) The repair was quick. 4) The person I talked to (Kyle) was super nice. 5)The price was fair. 6) They didn't try to sell me more services than I needed. 7) I was in and out in under 45min. Cons about my visit: None. 10 out of 10. Do recommend!
