The tech did a battery test showing me the results yesterday. I came in this morning to get my battery replaced. Everything went smoothly.

The front desk was very helpful in regard's to ordering a tire the would match the pair of tires I currently had. They were very helpful in pricing in getting a great deal on the overall price. They were very friendly.

Big O Tires helped me with a dying battery. They had a battery to replace for my SUV. A week or so later, I went to have and oil change, rotation of tires and an alignment. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with the work.

Every time I go in when they first open, my service request is processed immediately and service is normally completed within an hour or less.

I tried to make an appointment for Saturday morning on Friday evening. They were all booked, but the gentleman told me to bring my car in as early as I could and they would fit it in between the appointments. They called me several times and kept me updated and I was able to pick up my car by 12pm. They did an amazing job and was able to get me safe on the road again. Highly recommend these guys!
