Athena was real lovely and welcome and help me with all I need to know about the bed I was haveing . The internet was the problem it was down and slow. Athena was was patient and got it sorted . Iam happy to go back to Dreams again and will tell my friends and family what a good experience it was.

Was welcomed and greeted politely upon arrival, the assistance took time to listen to our requirements and the issues we have been facing and came up with an perfect solution. Easy to talk to, the process was quick and hassle free and managed to get a delivery date that suited us perfectly.

Liam the sales assistant was extremely helpful in showing us around the store and the beds we were interested in, he was very knowledgeable of the product and made the whole experience an ease. I would definitely recommend the store.

Everything was excellent, including the wonderful staff, but the delivery time of the item was going to take too long. Thus was outside of the staff control and they gave us honest and detailed information regarding the delivery and how it would happen.

Cost of mattress for adjustable bed beyond our budget, not offered terms.which we could have considered Only one alternative mattress (foam) shown as take or leave. Need a few nights to consider our purchase.
