We were served by Liam who was very polite & certainly knew what he was talking about. He advised me as to which mattress I needed & spent time while we browsing. I’m very pleased with my purchase & hope that when I receive the goods I’m still happy.

Harry gave us the most incredible service I have ever experienced. We recently moved to the UK and were trying out the various beds, trying to match it the the last mattress we had. We were put on the sleeping machine, everything explained to us and taken to all the various mattresses available which match our needs. Harry was extremely knowledgeable, patient, had a great sense of humour and answered all our MANY questions. We were on a budget and ended up finding our dream mattress which was far out of our price range. Harry managed to find us one upstairs in the clearance section which was the exact one we wanted and in our budget. I have never had such good client service like this before. We walked out extremely chuffed with the value we got for the price. Wonderful salesman, I will be recommending Dreams going forward to everyone based on the outstanding experience I had.

Our experience of our visit to Dreams was an extremely positive one and that was due to the exceptional customer service provided by Liam. His knowledge, personality and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude made the process of buying two mattresses (we went in for one but ended up buying two, the second being one of Dreams' top of the range mattresses) a pleasure.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and safe environment. This is our third time shopping with dreams.
