The attitudes of your employee to my wife and I was excellent compared to normal shop attendance, he was thorough with knowledge and explanation of answers to our questions.

Made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the store. Staff very friendly and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Tom at the ocean retail park store was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered us all of the assistance we needed and was able to answer all of our questions. An excellent customer experience and would recommend people shop there in the future.

I purchased a single mattress for my daughter in the clearance section, and it was immaculate, so paid at least £300 less than it was full price!

Harry introduced himself and allowed us some time to look around the store. Then we had a few minutes on the test bed, ( my wife and I not Harry). He then guided us around the various bed and gave us time to make our choice. The whole process was very easy. Apart from making the choice.

Tom who served us on our 1st visit was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. When we returned we were served by Toms colleague, sorry didn’t take his name but he was also very helpful. Overall very satisfied & looking forward to our new mattress next week 🤗
