Called at waterlooville branch. Lovely staff but didn’t have beds I needed to look at. They rang to see which local stores stocked them. I went to eastern rd and they had both. Got all the help needed and a could have the delivery date I needed as I work part time

I bought the products that I had been viewing for sometime on the website, as I have just purchased a new home, and in need of a bed. It was nice to buy something and not be harassed into other purchases.

The young man who looked after us was very helpful, informative and friendly and didn't press us over any decision but left us to think about our options in peace . He directed us without being asked to a very good deal on offer which we didn't know about. His paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Our experience the same day at the Dreams store in Havant was very different!

Edward was knowledgeable and enthusiastic . As a result we felt that to purchase from Dreams was good enough to obviate looking elsewhere.

Staff were kind and helpful, able to point us in the right direction and offered us pillows, drinks etc. Overall it was a pleasent experience.

It was nice to walk into a store where the sales people do not pounce on you but make themselves aware to you that should you require any assistance they are there to help. The sales assistance Tom is very knowledgeable and was extremely help full to us. So glad we went into Dreams first and had no reason to visit any of your competitors.
