Athena at the Portsmouth Branch was very helpful and a very good knowledge of the producsts. We felt no pressure and were given as much time as needed to test the products before making a choice. The only downside was the time on waiting for the delivery in store on 2nd January 2022 and delivery 15th February 2022. Overall very satisfied customers.

A very friendly place, and offered us a lovely hot choc for us both, and provided with all the information.

Your salesman was very good giving us info on the beds but not on top of us all the time.and answered all our questions.It was his approach and obviously the bed we were thinking of buying that decided us to buy.

So far so good. Friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable staff but as bed not arrived yet I cannot comment further

Absolutely can't fault the service I received - helpful, knowledgeable and friend staff. I did have a problem finding the mattress I was looking for but this was soon resolved by the member of staff who helped me-heknew exactly where it was!
