Amazing place to come in and get a quality burrito exactly how you want!

Food was good. Line was somewhat slow. They were trying to keep it moving, though, I guess...so much so that I really didn't get everything I wanted...and somehow the guy at the register ended up ringing up my friend's order with my wife's and mine so my friend ended up paying for all of it all with his credit card and I had to give him cash (which I had not planned on/wasn't prepared for). That annoyed me. But then I was even more annoyed when I went back to get a side of ranch and ended up getting charged $1 for it...after waiting another five plus minutes because I wasn't able to get anyone's attention. Also, I would have ordered a drink, but I was never asked if I wanted one. My advice would be to make sure you're taking care of each and every customer's needs/requests. It wouldn't have taken much more time, if any, to have taken care of me/my order right. And I would have spent more money (at least for a drink) and be more likely to return. This is the first time I've been back to BCB in a while. Based on the service I received this time, it will probably be a while before I go back again.
