I was greeted immediately upon arrival and helped right away. The service was quick and the employees were friendly.

Very friendly staff and customer focused. Everything was handled very quickly and was in and out with very little down time. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and have always had a great experience.

I'll be returning to this store more than likely I was highly satisfied with them telling me what was wrong with the truck, and I brought ut back an they realigned it no problem thanks !!

The price was perfect for the service given. Usually mechanics that I have been to are stubborn on their pricing but Big O was amazing. Understood things changed and rolled with it. Very awesome!

They got me in in a very timely manner, they were very nice and friendly. I didn't feel out of place going in there and explaining what my problems were. The price was substantially better than the competitors. They were quick to get it done. I won't go anywhere else. I've been going to the location on Pikes Peak and Academy for over a year.

I was a faithful Big O customer on S Nevada, but unfortunately it closed. Went to the one on Fillmore, not quite at all satisfied. Went back to the Fillmore location? Only 2 people were waiting there but was told that they could not do the oil change till the end of the week? Went to the Big O on S Academy they could take me in but I did have to go to work, but let me know to come first thing in the morning. I was taken in the very next day in and out was a breeze, loved the staff and felt like I was back on S Nevada, its also good to know that the gentlemen there spoke highly of the workers on S Nevada, miss that place, but my vehicle's found there next home.

I was highly satisfied because the man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and like. He upsold me on the tire coverage, but he was actually looking out for me, which I appreciate strongly.

Mike scheduled my requested appointment date and time. He called me when my vehicle was done and explained the work that was completed.
