Great People to deal with.

I was greeted by a friendly staff and she was able to get me in fast and taken care of.

I had hit a curb and my tire blew. I was on my way out of town so this was not good. So I Called in around 4pm so it was late in the day & they found my tire in their warehouse & went and got it. By the time I limped in on my donut the new tire was there and they took my car to fix it right away. In record time they had the new tire on and I was on my way. Only complaint is the tire was super expensive $300 compared to one I replaced at Big O a few months earlier was $200 but I had no choice.

It's been a while so I don't remember the particulars but I remember that it was a good experience.

I brought in my car for an oil change and to get my snow tires replaced with my summer tires. I was quoted a price and the estimated time it would take and Big O finished my service early.

Great staff in the lobby.
