Honestly, I’ve never really used a “chain” repair shop for anything other than an oil change, but you guys were so communicative, efficient (no one EVER gets parts for my Fiat overnight)! You did what you said you were going to do and i got my car back(running like a dream) the next day. Amazing.

Unlike other companies, my first experience at Midas was professional and quick. Adam, the service advisor, worked with me on the weekend to order two new tires for my car due to on road tire damage. He was able to fit me in first thing On Monday, and when I arrived at the shop, there was ZERO hassle or drama. Extremely pleasant and I was on my way in under an hour which was EXTREMELY quick compared to other companies. Due to this, whenever my car needs service, I will ABSOLUTELY swing by the Fairhaven Midas for all my Car needs!

As a woman was feeling uneasy about bringing my car in myself, But Adam made me feel very comfortable answered all my questions and told me the exact price right upfront no hidden cost.
