Employees were super respectful and curtious . Knew what they were saying and offered best price around. We’re quick and clean , everything was done in a timely matter

The customer service is always great when I have gone. The prices are not outrageous for the problems that I needed fixed on my vehicle. The wait time also has not been bad.

I was able to get the service I needed without an appointment, since this was not a planned need and I needed it soon.

Fast and friendly

I made my appt a couple days before and received the time and date that I wanted. I received a call from Brad to confirm my appt. He proceeded to inform me of the rebate that was available to me, and the process for receiving it. He was very informative and very knowledgeable! On the day of my appt, I accidentally drove to the wrong Big O Tires! While I was figuring that out, Brad called! I told him what happened and even though the stores close at 5pm (it was now 4:10pm!) Brad was calm and told me not to worry - to still come on in and they would still install the tires they ordered for me. When I got there, Brad and the staff, mechanics, etc. were all friendly and ready to work! I can't say enough about the great service here - and how on top of it Brad is! I asked him if he was a manager - or even the owner because he handled things so well and with great service and pride. At a time where many people in the customer service industry are burned out or overwhelmed, it was refreshing to see the staff at this location take what they do seriously - and take great care of their customers!

Excellent service with a very timely turnaround. Clerks were friendly and well informed with their products. They were having comcast caused phone issues and called me several times to keep me apprised of my cars status.
