It was quick and easy

last year I was charged for a battery they didn’t put in, the year was up in June and my battery was dead. First I went to Walnut Creek, then I had to go to the Concord BigO cuz that’s where it was purchased and Mike the new manager,looked at my paperwork I had and put a new battery in because whoever did all my repairs in June 2023 forgot to put the new battery in the car, I’m giving Mike a score of 10 at the concord store, It only took about 20 minutes

WHEN SERVICE WAS FINISHED, I SAW MY VEHICLE REPARKED IN THE LOT, BUT NO ONE INFORMED ME AS I WAS WAITING IN THE LOBBY. AFTER 30 MIN, I STOOD UP AND ASKED IF THE CAR INTHE LOT WAS FINISHED SO I CAN PAY AND LEAVE. THEY ASKED, OH IS THAT YOUR CAR? I SAIF YES AND THE GENTLEMAN HELPED MY PROCESS MY PAYMENT SO I CAN LEAVE

Jeremiah thoroughly explained what was needed and what was going to get done and for how much. Then, Richard showed me the problem and why it needed to be fixed soon. Happy, friendly, knowledgable service. I'm bringing all of my cars there now for everything they need.

The counter representatives are very friendly easy to get on the books service and provided the next step expectations. I was contacted by phone to inform me my car was completed. I stepped up to the counter and was checked out immediately. Easy and smooth. My car is running evenly as expected.
