My vehicle was not in the system, but they were eventually able to locate and combine what were essentially two accounts. No charge for tire rotation or alignment.

Easy scheduling and good service

My car always feel great when I leave this location and I feel confident in the safety of the vehicle afterwards. The staff at the front desks are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the suggestions the techs provide. I come here instead of the dealership on a lot of things.

The manager understood what I wanted done. He didn’t try and “up-sell” tires or shocks. ect. My car was serviced promptly, The price was as quoted.

The tires I wanted were available and could be mounted in a couple of hours at this location .

Jeremiah Robinson, the associate who assisted me, was very helpful and friendly.

I’m a long time customer of Big O & always went to Dublin or Livermore locations since I lived there. I moved to Concord CA 3 months ago & this location is less than a mile from my apartment so I gave them a try. I was very happy with their service & their friendliness so I will continue to use them & let anyone know who asks where to go for services.

The associate explained why I needed new tires, gave me a ocuple and a mail-in rebate. Service done same day and super fast!
