The counter representatives are very friendly easy to get on the books service and provided the next step expectations. I was contacted by phone to inform me my car was completed. I stepped up to the counter and was checked out immediately. Easy and smooth. My car is running evenly as expected.

Big O Tires on Concord is great. Fair prices. Great work and great staff.

We stopped in to get air in our tires since the sensor came on - and generally does with a seasonal temperature change. The mechanic that helped us mentioned that since we were preparing for a trip we might consider our tire conditions - and that the tread was borderline. We decided to go ahead and replace the tires. The team had the tires in stock and had time to do the work same day. They did an alignment as well - and we were on our way in about 2 1/2 hours total. A great job - and the time spent was minimal!
