I had an appointment for 10 AM, it was scheduled the day before. The car was brought in on time and we were told it would be about an hour to two hour long wait. When we called at noon to see what was going on we were told it would be another 1-2 hour long wait, they were about to pull my car in to work in it, and that they only had one mechanic working. My vehicle was not ready until 4 PM and when I went to pick it up there were multiple people working in the shop.

Get new counter employees and techs. They are ready to throw you under the bus when their work is done incorrectly. They make up their answers as they go with no knowledge. There will be no next time. I will never let you guys ever put me in this position again. Lesson learned. I'll take my cars and money somewhere else. GM handled it like a pro but I wasted a lot of time with you guys. Takes a lot to get a customer like me and your counter people just got rid of one. good luck!

Get some nice workers that care about the environment they work in and customers , not cool when coworker and cussing and arguing infront of customers
