Big O Tires

Was not able to get vehicle aligned after purchasing new set of tires. However, they explained the reason why and provided a quote for added work needed to complete original services requested.

It was great. it just took almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. didnt bother me enough to NOT come back.

still waiting on an estimate for suggested work for my car, never did receive it. Had to take my car some place else.

Had a 9am appt. Took 2 hours for oil change and check-up

Really the only downfall was the pricing. I have never paid $85 for an oil change.

Estimated time versus real time was different. 45 minutes estimate but took 1 1/2 hours for a rotation and alignment.

Hire or train tech better! poor guy couldn’t find a nail on the tire, I had to go back there and find it for him!

Please call to discuss recommendations made by your mechanics. Finding out that our vehicle needs something from the paperwork after we get it back is a waste of our time. Having to bring the vehicle back to take care of a recommended service

I called and mentioned I was running late and asked if I should reschedule - was told "no, they'd fit me in". my wait to be "fitted in" was over an hour and 1/2.

On line appointment works well, but the store said I still needed to call to verify they had the tires. After I get a confirmation of my appointment on line why do I need to call the store. When I arrived for my appointment they said they didn't have my tires and it was my fault for not calling. They also said the on line process is really not working.
