Although the cost is a little high, the experience of stay at the hotel is absolutely worth the money!! Great atmosphere, staff and services

Luncheon with friends staying in town - waitress Jessica was very friendly & courteous, however, the bartender (older woman in her 50s - recognize her from being unwanted & getting complaints at the hot club downtown) was very rude - literally poking people in the back to get out of her way when she came up from behind with food she literally pushed a woman with no excuse me - rude to staff, customers, at one point a woman , trying to be helpful, brought some empty cups , etc up to the bar & she snapped "the trash is behind you" - every other bar tender here has been friendly - numerous people were talking about the poor drinks and her rudeness / seemed to effect the staff as well of course. upside: hotel manager who walked around periodically was very nice as were the waitresses & the bartender inside the restaurant
