A very welcoming approach by Trevor , and his assistant/trainee , followed by very helpful , and professional guidance and discussion . I also used the technology approach to finding the ideal products for consideration . The time spent in choosing , ordering , and payment was very efficient , and I was happy to receive detail of other products ( duvet cover / pillows etc ) and insurance type cover available . This was the first time I have visited Dreams and it was an excellent experience , which I shall, gladly pass on to my friends .

Hopefully we have found the bed of our dreams! We won’t know until it’s delivered and we have slept on it but hopefully it’s what we wanted.

Shopping can be difficult when you are getting on in years especially with a disabled husband but we needn’t have worried. The service we received with Rachel was exceptional,she was very helpful, patient .understanding and pleasant. I can’t speak highly enough of Rachel, it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her and she made our visit a very pleasant experience.

Brilliant customer service delivered by Leanne at the Durham dreams store. Me and my partner visited the store to purchase a new mattress which suited my comfort needs. I discussed with Leanne my newly diognosis of a muscle disorder, therefore I needed the matteress which best suited my care needs. Leanne worked with myself and my partner using the comfort calculator to assess the correct mattress best suitable for us. She then took us around the store and showed us the selection of options suitable for me. She used a professional approach when considering my ability to safely assess the beds and made me feel as if I was treat as an individual based on my personal care needs. I have already recommended dreams beds to my friends and family! Great customer service from this store, not only by Leanne but also by her colleague who greeted us on arrival.
