Great service from the first minute I walked through the door. Lady who served me was quite new in the job role but her colleagues helped her every step of the way, general conversation was flowing and everyone came across as very professional overall experience was fantastic

We came in to have a look and your wonderful assistant Janette asked if she could be of help. She explained about the bed analysis and we went ahead and had that. We were happy with the selection of beds shown and felt that Janette was well informed. We liked also that after showing us the different mattresses she stepped away and gave us time to try again and decide which ones we preferred. I often hate going into stores and feeling pressured but Janette was a great help and gave us time. She was also great in talking us through different payment options and the process was very straight forward. We came away feeling happy with our purchase and it was a good overall shopping experience.

As i have a bad back, the assistant was very helpful in getting what my wife and i think will be the best mattress for my back.

Janette, the employee who approached me and handled my enquiry, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Leeanne couldn’t have been any more helpful, giving advise and answering any questions we had. She was very well presented and well mannered. She was there to help when we needed it however gave us time to look around at our leisure and giving us time to talk between ourselves to make our purchase decision.

Good customer service not to pushy

The service was good, calm and tailored to us. The producs we were shown were not all "high end" stuff but a goof mixture of everything, giving us good insight in what we wanted

Leanne was very knowledgeable and after asking us a few questions she was able to make a suggestion for what would be best for us. She was very patient with us as we did visit with 2 small children.
