My whole experience at the Durham Dreams store was excellent from start to finish, I was greeted upon entry by Kirsty who was very friendly and helpful, she went over and above in making me feel welcomed and gave me all the advice I needed. She helped me to pick out the perfect bed for my needs and discussed all options with me, she answered all my questions and was so helpful during ordering. Kirsty made the experience at Dreams a very pleasant one. All staff in store were friendly, helpful and polite. I would most definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family, I will also return to Dreams for any future bed purchases I might need to make. I am very impressed with Dreams, it is so nice to get such a positive customer experience and be made to feel valued when entering a store.

Walked into the store and straight away a lady called kirsty came over to help, I already knew what bed I wanted as we had looked online but when it came to the mattress I was a bit lost, kirsty suggested doing the mattress test thing (can't remember the name) but we did that which came up with the result so quickly and then we carried on to choose a mattress along with what the test suggested. Found the perfect mattress with about 5 mins and it was half price!! Also I was impressed with the Covid measures too. Overall very pleased with the entire service. Thank you so much for all the help, especially kirsty who I believe was new but did a fab job. Niamh

We were served by Leeanne at your Durham store, she had a lot of time for us, and a good knowledge of the products you sell, she was very helpful and friendly, we were even offered a bottle of water, just little touches that make your visit that extra special

I shopped around and found your store the best. I was served by Jeanette in the Gilesgate, Durham store. She was superb. Explained to me the spec of the products. Not too long to wait for delivery. What was also good to know would take any old bed away, but I haven't any to take. Bought the special offer pillows too. Very informative, friendly and helpful. Thanks Jeanette.
