Good and service was great. Only downfall was that we found a dead ladybug in our food.

I love cafe Rio but this location is looking a little run down. The water on the soda machine is broken and an employee had to show me a "trick" to make it work. It wasn't as clean this time either.

The food is so good at cafe rio but the customer service seriously needs some improvement. Every time we go, we say the same thing- if the food weren't so good, we would have no reason to go. I typically go with my friend and we both have two kids. I would say 1 of the 10 times we have been, we have been offered help to a table while trying to juggle one or two trays, one kid walking and one in a stroller.

The food was great, no complaints there. The service at this location on the other hand, is horrendous. I feel like every time we go there, we always say that if it weren't for the food, we wouldn't come back. The staff are either not trained in customer service, or it is too loud in there for them to really focus on what people are saying, which makes for a really frustrating experience. I dined with my 2 kids (one in a stroller, the other 4), my friend who also has 2 kids (one in a stroller, the other is 3) and another 8 month pregnant friend with her 2 year old. Not one of the staff offered to help us to a table with our food, grab a highchair, or even open the front door! It was appaling.
