Cafe rio never disappoints

I love cafe rio. I ordered the vegetarian salad. I wish the vegetarian salad was slightly cheaper than the meat ones and I wish the black beans were rinsed, but it's yummy anyway!

There was tinfoil in my food

They gave me Ryan's burrito when I asked for Ryann's (my wives) burrito. I paid extra for that order and they treated me poorly when I brought it to their attention when I noticed.

It was an hour before closing but everyone acted as if all the customers were there 5 minutes before they closed. I had 5 people in front of me and 7 behind me in line and no one was taking orders for several minutes because they were all cleaning. Once a girl started taking orders, she was the only one working the food line. There was one girl I saw literally standing at to go doing nothing while 13 people stood in line. They were out of 2 sauces which is mildly annoying. I asked for extra sauce and she said ok, put one scoop on and threw it in the heater. Um, is that extra? When eating, the rice was so crunchy I wouldn't finish my burrito. I usually love this place and I am usually last to complain, but really, this was all pretty awful.
