Big O Tires

Do the service correctly, have the correct information on the vehicle maintenance. Do the work that was explained. review the correct vehicle upon completion. Not enough communication and not correct information on vehicle.

My experience was great. This review is only for the warranty. I purchased all four brand new tires for my vehicle. The tire warranty is not offered if I don’t do the tire alignment with you guys by force. That is ridiculous I bought the tires from you guys..what I do with my vehicle is none of your business. I’ll never be returning. I have been going to Discount Tire my entire life the one time I give Big O Tire a chance they come up with something stupid like this.

told girl to call my daughter, seeing it was her car I had in, this did not happen. Also asked for matching tires to be in front, this did not happen. This store is going the wrong way for customer service.

Was quoted $60 for an oil change when I called and gave all of the details, after I dropped it off I was called and told it would be $110. Total blonde side. Very disappointed.

It has taken 3 months for my vehicle to be complete. Techs were looking for a part that was not the issue to begin with. Manager finally stepped in and was able to fix my vehicle within days. The amount of unnecessary stress and run around I had to deal with. Not to mention have no vehicle for 3 months!

The store manager Greg Simmons does not know what he is talking about. Not only is he a scammer but he is a liar. I will now be going back unless Greg Simmons does not work there anymore. One of his associates RYAN had to clean up his mess. Props to RYAN for figuring everything out like a professional. However it only took 2 months for them to switch the problem over to RYAN. Brooke was also very nice. GREG SIMMONS is a fraud.

I was told that the service would only take an hour. It took more than two hours. Also my tires were supposed to be rotated and they were not.
