Did work before for me.

This is for the Kingman AZ store. We live in Idaho and on our last visit we had tire problems . Your associates helped my husband and we were extremely grateful. We appreciated you so much, that when our other vehical needed tires, we waited for our next visit to Arizona to get them. I called ahead to make an appointment and discuss what tires I needed. Heck, they even gave us a great recommendation for a lunch place.. These guys are great. I thank them for all the help they have given us.

This wasn't my first experience with Big O Tires. I chose them because the oil change was on sale. But I'll be going back there because I had a very nice experience. The employees whom I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. So, I'll be taking my car there from now on.
