Big O Tires

I have had 4 consecutive negative experience with this Big O Tires location and because it’s the most conveniently located option, I’ve continued to give them another chance. I’ve never received my vehicle’s service in the time promised and twice it was between 30-60 minutes later and I had scheduled other commitments based upon that promise, which had to be rearranged. The most recent, I had an appt at 1p, brought the car in 30 min early, was told it would be done by 2p and they would text me. I let them know I was going to be back later than 2p, they said no problem. I arrived at between 3-3:30p and my car was in the same place I parked it, and had not been serviced at all. They told me it would be another 30 min to an hour. I had other commitments scheduled and could not wait. The person at the counter was very unhelpful and just asked me “what do you want me to do about it?” I’ll never return and will absolutely tell anyone in the market for services from Big O Tires the problems I’ve experienced and will highly recommend they never use this company.

I went in to have them look at a flat tire. They were busy, which I get. It took them more than 4 hours to take a look at it. They were able to patch it, but did not tell me that. I got an alert it was ready and when I went to pick up it was not. The patched tire was still off and inside the car and the spare was still on, not per instruction. They said they didn't have enough people to work on it. If they could patch it, they could have switched tires. I had to leave again and come back before close. I will not be going back to this Big O again. Too many mishaps with them through the years. So sad.

Worst service ever and over sold me stuff n lied about what I needed plus wouldn't accept a coupon which was valid and I advised I had the coupon prior to leaving vehicle..water hours when I had an appointment

They don’t pay attention do the job proper let alone care

When I went in to check on new tires, I was given an unwritten price on tires. Then the manager tried to sell me another $600 in fluids (which I refused after I talked to the Ford dealer). I received no written estimate. Work was supposed to be completed in 1-1/2 hours (the next day)--took my car in at 10 am and got it at 5 pm Alignment not correct--going back today to hopefully fix. (I don't have time to keep going back to get it done right--do it right the first time.) Tire sensor not working now--they are to replace at no charge. HOWEVER, they NEVER bothered to tell me it wasn't working, so I had to go back (after driving it) and let them know. "Oh keep driving it--it will reset." It never did. Hopefully that will be fixed when the alignment is hopefully corrected. Very disappointed and mad that this was my first experience at Big O on Warner. I wanted it to work--I wanted Big O to be my mechanic of choice. That will NEVER happen--I promise!

Do what you say you are going to do and not to lie to your customers

I explained my vehicle symptoms to the tech. They did not check anything that had to do with the brake system. They said my truck has over 190000 miles. Rear differential shows signs of leaking. They automatically assumed it was the rear differential. Wanted to charge me $1900 to replace.

I hated everything about my interaction with Big O tires. The staff was plain wrong on so much, including wait times, why tires were changed to the rear, and they flat out lied and told me if I made an appointment they would change my tires in 30 minutes. It was 3 times that.

The service was done sub standard. You sheared the bolts off my trucks skid plate! And did not even tell me, the skid plate was held on by two front bolts, flapping in the wind, this is a safety hazard and your inept techs could not bring this forward, unbelievable! It took me 10 minutes to clear the old bolts from hole and replace the fasteners, to bring my vehicle back to safe driving conditions. I brought my truck to you for service and I ended up having to make it safe again to drive. Also, a torn shock boot cover does not mean you need a new shock. Never aging Big O.
