Upon arrival they said the tires I chose online were out of stock (if Target can say a tiny bottle of ranch is available you guys should know if 4 big O tires are available) so the guy said oh we have another 4 for $300 more dollars, I needed tires for a road trip so I needed to settle could have gone to discount tires for the same price but chose big o for a $300 difference SMH

What is happening to basic customer service? The "store manager" needs some serious lessons in manners and customer service. She called me to tell me there was an issue with my tire install. I told her I would come down to see the issue. Before I could even get there, she called me with a second issue. I renewed my position , and I will be there in 30 minutes. I get there, and it doesn't get any better with her. She was making a huge deal out of one broken bolt on a 20-plus, yesr old truck. I specifically told her to leave me alone, and I would cash out with another associate. She just couldn't leave it alone. In contrast, the guy the day before that sold me the tires was amazing! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to detail. I should have waited for him to be back at the shop. I did share my concern with the district manager, and I hope he works with his manager to train her. I just have to say that for Ahwatukee and the general Phoenix area, there are too many other places to shop to be treated that way. Buyer beware.

I scheduled an appointment on line. Was sent a confirmation. Dropped vehicle off 2 hours early. I was told that service would start around 10 which was the appointment time and it would take about an hour. I called an hour and a half later and it hadn’t even been started. They said there was one car ahead and it would be completed in an hour. I got my ride back to pick up vehicle and arrived at 12:15. Vehicle was just pulled in for service. I told them not to do tire rotation. He said he would take something off the bill. I received my bill and I was charged for everything. They told me I should call to book appointment because they don’t always see appointments that are booked on line. Very bad customer service.

If i could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend tried to have a simple tire patch job done after a nail went through the tread of her vehicles tire. Without even looking at the vehicle, Ryan the service writer insisted the tire had to be replaced. How does this guy even try to create business for this company without a proper inspection. He didn't even brother to ask us to leave the vehicle while he properly inspected the life and safety of the vehicles tires. He lost a customer and any future business from my friends and family members. I guarantee this ridiculous service writer will not even be reprimanded for his lack of experience and friendliness to customer care. This is by far the worst experience I've ever witnessed with customer satisfaction.

I left my car with the windows up and no issues with my windows. I returned to find the knob to operate the passenger side window broken off and in the cup holder. And a notation on that statement that stated the fuse needed replace to operate the window. The knob was intact when I left the vehicle. No one reported to me the damaged knob. When I spoke to the manager and associates, I was told that the whole control mechanism was loose and that it wasn't the fuse. Nothing was communicated to me regarding the loose mechanism and the knob coming off until I returned the next day to a compliant. This seems like a cover-up that they broke the knob. Why else was I told 2 different things regarding issues with the window and the knob no longer attached. I will no longer take my vehicle to this location for service as they have shown that they will cover up damage that they cause.

I was told there was a bubble in my FRONT tire and I didn't buy the tire hazard ins when I bought the tires so its not covered. A new tire would be 186.00 for ONE. I could not afford that I said well shouldn't the tire be moved to the rear I am really worried about that. I was told no you should leave it on the front you will have more control that way if it goes flat. I have spoke to my father and BF and that IS VERY WRONG. I thought it was when he said it. I was at your place from 12 to 3 for an oil change with an appt. I have to go and spend more time to go somewhere and get it switched to the back which is what your employee should have done for my safety. I said well how long can I drive on it like that. exact words you would be surprised I said are you sure it makes me nervous ON NO don't worry about it. I have seen people drive a long way on a tire like that.

They gave me a confirmed appointment for tire replacement and had my tire information. They waited 2 hrs 45 mins from my appointment time to even look at my car. Then another 45 mins to tell me they don’t have the tire replace. Confirming parts on hand for an appointment just seems logical. Overall 26 hours to change a tire.
