Stop cutting corners and lying on your reports. Also give a clear debrief of services performed after the visit.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and the alignment was off (which was completed in November and returned to correct the alignment then), asked to have the tires rotated. Also My wife had an oil change in late February, shortly thereafter a coil went bad so it went into the shop for approximately a week, we noticed an oil spot in the parkway, but thought it could have been from another vehicle. My wife then went to California, and on the way the oil light came on and she stopped to add oil. upon her return more oil spots, i checked it out and the drain plug had been stripped out and i had to take it to our neighborhood mechanic to repair the issue. First i do not have to tell you about the possible outcome, but the lack of concern when i mentioned it to Ryan was "Oh well things wear out" The Tech should have noticed it and she could have been sitting in Blythe with a blown-up motor. I have spent money on the repair which should have not had to be, and i have no idea what damage is done or might be done form this. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of concern or offer to compensate for the repair i had to have done.

I don't like that I had to pay for labor and new parts when things were broken. It seems to me that labor for something unsuccessful should not fall on the customer.

honor warranty and give a fair deal. you sold bad tires, they slowly went bad, 3 in 2 months. after purchasing warranty for those tires, store could not give right tires back. last time we asked to have newer tres put in front, this did not happen. this time, tired of coming in for bad tires, we wanted 4 tires that matched. after having to pay for a new tire and new protection plan, we got that, then tried to get alignment and got runaround. talked to a dealer mechanic and all YOU said was wrong is false. just shows you have kids working, not licensed mechanics. so any work we need in future will not happen at your store

My tires were not rotated along with the oil change. I experience a low psi on one of my tires and was told that there was no problem with it.

do not understand when purchasing tires, that you can put no warranty, when ALL tires have a warranty??? and then charge more to get a warranty.

I have finally decided not to go back to Big O Tires. I used to like it but now am highly disappointed. Staff was not friendly, I made an appointment and my car was not started on very quickly so had to wait a long time. In the past, I was way overcharged for a battery. A past quote was ridiculous for a tune up. I went elsewhere and paid one third of what Big O quoted. This place has gone way downhill. Extremely disappointed.

I only needed the drag link ball joint replaced. They did not fix it. Instead they replaced all of the steering ball joints. No price was communicated up front, nor a quote provided. Instead I walked into a $1800 bill and was expecting a few hundred. I only went here because the dealer was backed up. Greg discounted my bill to $1600 and fixed the drag link ball joint the next day for no charge. I'm still paying $1300 more for a repair than I should have. Two weeks later I engage 4WD and there was a knocking noise. Back to the shop for a third time. They found that the zirk fittings to grease the ball joints I never asked to get replaced were hitting the front u-joints. So they took them off. Now there is a hole in my new ball joints for dirt and water to get into and wear them out prematurely...that I paid $1600 for and never should have. Overall I feel like I was ripped off.
