Scheduling system didn't work. Booked on internet...got different appt. from actual shop. I also had a failrly long wait for check-in because of single manager dealing with previous customer.

Brought the car in and dropped it off. They started it and moved it into the shop, completed the oil change and started the inspection of the battery/charging system. After connecting to my car there was an issue somewhere and my car would no longer start. It was pushed out of the shop and nothing more was done. Later, after speaking with the workers, I asked if they did even the MOST basic troubleshooting and they did not. I asked them to and they agreed, however the car just stated right up again. They recommended that I just come pick up the vehicle before doing anything further. 1. The tire alignment could/should have still be done. 2. I paid for an uber both ways to get this work done. Which ended up costing me an extra 35$ just to get an oil change 3. If the car is working when you bring it into a shop and has issues with electrical after you hook up a device to test the electrical situation is a bit odd. And to top it off, to push the car outside without doing anything is pretty unacceptable in my books. And then return it without completing the other work is just annoying.

There is nothing you guys could have actually done aside from have the part in stock and ready to go. Because there's a national shortage and there is no ETA on the part availability. I don't blame you guys, I am well aware of the fact that you are not to blame at all. I didn't write dissatisfied because I was not. Everything that I could rate extremely satisfied I did so. Honestly I will absolutely come back anytime I have any issue, you guys have been fantastic the entire time. I have two vehicles that have been serviced by this particular company so I'm going to be a loyal customer for many years to come.

It took 2 hours for a simple tire repair and this is after I made an appointment. I got there at 7:45 for 8:00 a.m. appointment and I did not leave until 10:00 a.m. .

I have refered many people to you. But last Saturday when I was present to pick up my vehicle all three service staff members were eating their apparent lunch at the customer service counter using their bare hands serving me and other customers as they consumed their commercially prepared food. After I completed my transaction I went to my vehicle to find that it still had the paper floor mat and the plastic seat cover inside which both had grease on them. I felt that the service writer was pushy in an attempt to up sell me. On an up note the service staff who assist with tire pressure checks in between maintance services are always friendly, helpful and attentive.

Went online found the tires I wanted so scheduled an appointment only to discover that the tires were not in stock and had to be ordered so I had to come back the next day.

Better customer service. Better follow up. I dropped my vehicle off Sunday 7:00 am. No phone call at all during the day. I had to call for status. Vehicle not repaired. Technician not sure as to the problem. Had to leave it overnight. Next day Monday, again poor customer service as I did not receive any phone call from service. I had to call in in the afternoon for an update. I was told it was repaired. Picked it up and the air conditioning was good. Next day, my wife was driving the vehicle and no air conditioning. I spent a lot of money on the repair. My wife took the vehicle back in and technician was unable to determine why after it was repaired all of the freon was gone. I had to leave the car again overnight. Not happy at all. Been with Big O some 10-15 years and never had this level of poor communication and service.

I will only return if I have to for the alignment, if it is not honored at other locations. Manager was a little rude when I inquired how long it would be before they would take my vehicle in to be serviced and he seemed offended and responded in a “let me do my job and I’ll get it done” fashion. I just wanted to know so I could go eat with my son. I also saw that my vehicle had sat there for a period of time that I didn’t expect…twice in the same day.

I had an oil change, the light was still on on my dash, that needed to be reset, then the tire pressure light went off, tires were marked rotated but were not. The next day the windshield fluid light was on. I feel like they just check boxes but do not complete the service.
