Made an appointment the previous evening for 7am. Two tires and an oil change. It took over 2 hours to complete. However, the store employees were nice and were understaffed. Maybe big wigs at big o tires need to hire more with livable pay to make more satisfied customers. I still tipped the mechanic$10, there were only two and one was very new.

I would have rather went there and had the tires in the shop and ready to go the day before. Like going to a store and shopping. I want to see it before i buy it.

Kind, Friendly and a Good Value for the Oil Change.

I dropped my key & car last night - for service today. When I called for a status inquiry after 3pm, it was unknown that my key was even there. No work had been started. Then, I received NO CALL or text letting me know my car was ready/done. I called again asking for a status update 15 mins before close time & was informed that it was ready. When I picked it up, I was informed that I need 2 tires. I asked several "buying questions" but was not really given any info to help me decide on buying tires.

Satisfied is sufficient

They forgot to put my spare tire back into my car - so I drove home with no spare. I did not find this out until I called to ask another question - no one called me to tell me this. I called to ask what they found on the tire that blew out on my car - they had no answer. They did not look to see what happened to the tire. My previous service station (in Illinois) would always show the issues with the parts that had to be replaced - even when I had tires replaced. This was a good practice.

Surprised by the credit card surcharge. Stop that right now. You do your customers a disservice by not informing them of this practice in advance. Response was "Well I didn't know how you were going to pay." Had to buy all-terrain tires because that's all that was in stock. OK. But they should have been put on the rear axle, not on the front axle.

I do understand that employees communicate to each other or "BS" from time to time but when a customer is waiting/delayed and too much time has been spent, limit the workplace chatter especially when the customer is present. That shows character, discipline and commitment.

The technicians need to wash their hands and cover interior before moving vehicles. My steering wheel and consul had greasy handprints on them.
