Big O Tires

Service was done quickly. Shop accommodate me with Uber ride to work.

They did not wash and wax my car.

It was just an oil change. As always Ryan and his crew took great care of my wife's car .

I realized when I got home that the windshield wipers I paid for were not installed. I called and was told if I came right back they would put them on in five minutes, no waiting. I could not come then, but did come back the next day and a mechanic came out to my car and installed the wipers. So not really a problem. I realize things like this can happen. It would not deter me from having future work done there.

Took to long. Forgot to fix leak I had told the rep 3 times at check in. When I got the paper work saw that leak was not there. Had to wait another 45 min

I wanted an oil change only ... no tire rotation, no other checks, but you couldn't do that apparently. It took way too long to get in and get out. I know you are not "Jiffy Lube", but more than an hour to do a simple task asked for?

Ryan and I think his name was Ozzy were very friendly and answered all my questions. There was a little hiccup when I picked up my car but Ryan immediately handled it.

I brought in my truck for an oil change, specifically asked for the tires to be rotated and pressure checked, knowing at least 1 was low on air. it only took an hour for the associates to perform their work. When I paid I was told all work requested was performed however i should get an alignment and the tires are about due to be replaced. I went to my truck and the tires were not rotated and worse of all the tires were still low. I was explained that the tires were too old and that the position they were in was the best for the tires. OKAY on the rotation, but the air pressure? I specifically asked that they be checked. Big O is a tire store correct? Yet they can miss a simple requested service of check the tires.
