Big O Tires

It took longer then expected with a scheduled appointment.

My check engine light came on due to the oil change not being done correctly. They corrected the oil change and told me they will fix free if it happens again . KIA charged me 195.00 for the diagnostic.

It took longer than expected and price was high.

Big O had a sale on oil for 16.95, but the first bill the associate showed me was for $91. He explained that my Nissan rogue does not accept conventional oil. I googled and that seemed to be the case but I asked about the $49 sale I say. He switched me to that, but it had a $20 labor fee and that was very unexpected. Other than the higher than expected price and longer than expected wait, I was very satisified.

Website did not indicate that the coupon should be printed. (They acknowledged the advertised price anyway.) The total cost was not disclosed until paying. (Was double)

When I came to pick up my car my FM radio stations did not work. It was the end of the day and I was told that I would need to either bring it back or call the next day and a technician would help. The next morning the radio worked fine. It was very strange. The other thing that was disappointing was the cost. No one likes to have to spend $2100+ on car repairs. Clearly there was a rain, dust storm cause my car was very dirty. For that cost it would have been nice to at least have the car be cleaned. Overall I trust the technicians there and feel like they are honest and do not do things that don’t need to be done.

I went to Big O for replacement tires. One thing that bothered me is that I was charged $29 for N2 Fill of the tires. I was not asked and I would have rejected this in favor of having plain old air be filled into the tires. I just saw this on my bill and have not reached out to the store for this. Air is 80% nitrogen anyway.

Ryan was very friendly, patient, transparent and, based on my needs, was able to find a product that fit. He also paid for a Lyft back to my house while they were working on my car. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. Great Service!

When I arrived home, after driving truck around after pickup I realized tech put replaced tire in wrong location. Driver rear was the replacement tire and it was placed on Driver front.
