It has been awhile since brining my vehicles to Big O for repairs. Last year I was dealing with Ryan. He always treated me fair. This service I Was basically charged double for my spark plugs and spark plug wires. 23.00 for a spark plug??? They are 11.00 at AutoZone. I know the costs of goods have gone up, but that is crazy. Is the labor rate up to 175-180 an hour?? Can you please explain this?

I would appreciate if the would take the time to reset instrument panel when the job is completed
