Excellent customer service,Dilan and Gregg the manager at your Warner rd and 48th st location really care about helping me with what I needed,they listen and pay attention to my concerns not just the oil change but told me what i need to do to keep our one and only car running and safe. Now we know that we dont need to go to a car dealership to fix our car (Volvo in our case) We are going back to Big O ahwatukee from now on,we got a lot of peace of mind with Gregg your manager,Dilan making room for us with an appointment when i could see the place was very busy and I want to mention your mechanic too he was very polite and corteous when i asked him questions about our Volvo thank you and Blessings to all. Big O beat Discount Tire prices. I usually get my tires from discount tires but I happen to call Big I since they had a sign outside about tire sales. I called about getting two new tires and they were able to beat Discount Tire price by around $65. I was so happy. They saved me money 💰...

The staff is always very friendly and open about what needs to be done and the cost. They even often check for additional discounts they can apply to assist with the cost.

Ryan worked with me so that I could recondition the wheels. This required removal of the tires, waiting and then installing the tires. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with during the process.
