Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My tire was repaired and the oil was changed. Recommendations were made with explanations.

Brooke really took the time to explain the different tires available as well as advising of the special. The tires were not in stock but the ETA that she provided was SPOT ON!!! So happy that I was able to leave my vehicle and getting service the same day as I did not have an appointment. I will DEFINITELY return due to the customer service!

I had a tire that needed to be replaced. I did not have an appointment and I was able to get my tire replaced in about an hour. They always do a great job when I have my car serviced there. Keep up the great job!

The manager, Ryan, took me as a walk-in, very sweet guy, great customer service and he ran through my options. I’ve never bought the best tires in my life, this time I did. He also called about the alignment, which I thought might come up, and I trusted him so I got it done with the 3 year warranty. I brought my 4runner in for an oil change but they took the time to let me know that my brakes were also going bad which I had a feeling was the case. They offered to fix the brakes at a reasonable rate and on the same day. Very good customer service!

Brooke at warner rd phoenix location was terrific. I was losing air in one of the tires and googled close location . I was able to walk in and get new set of tires and alignment within hours of wait . Great service and great facility
