Sariah was awesome! She was super informative and helpful in providing me sensible options for my flat tire predicament. We were able to enjoy a lunch at Macayo’s while the service was performed. She phoned us when the work was done and the repairs appear to be perfectly performed.

Friendly service, very helpful

I was traveling through Chandler on my way back to Utah and needed a flat repair. It turned out that the nail in the tire was on the shoulder so it could not be repaired. The store had my tire size in stock, 275/60x20 Big Foot AT II. They honored the free replacement warranty without question and charged me only for mount and balance. The salesman was very polite and gave great service.

I had scheduled the appointment online the day prior and also received confirmation of the appointment. They didn't have it in the computer. I showed him the emails and he took the information from there. The person in front of me had the same issue. He handled it great, though.

The young lady at the front desk was very courteous. She was able to get me in right away to get a leak fixed. Time frame for repair was fine.

Everyone was eager and posative and everything was completed in a timely and orderly fashion.

I was able to get my tire the following day and scheduling a visit was easy.

I gave been bringing my car here for years. They check everything out and tell me what needs to be done now, what is not necessary now but keep on my radar for the next couple of visits, and once actually said I really didn’t need service for about 2000 more miles so rescheduled me. They are amazing and I trust them with my car completely!

Krystal was great. She stayed in constant contact with me regarding all the issues with my vehicle and the all the steps to correct them. I'm a small business owner and Krystal is exactly the type of employee I would love to have on my payroll
