Ryan was awesome as he helped me with warranty on a tire that blue. I was taking a cross state road trip type of thing and my tire blew. I was away from home and my tire blew. There was not a Big o tires near me so I had no choice but to get a used tire. Explain this to Ryan he was generous enough to help me. It means a lot that he had that trust in me as I was being completely honest and my dealings with him.

Ryan was very helpful and explained things really well. We had multiple things done to our vehicle and they gave us a few discounts for bundling things together. This helped us to feel good about the money we spent. Thanks Ryan

The only thing I was dissatisfied about was that you claim that I can go to any Big O Tire and I went to one across town and they couldn't tell me what tires I bought. Discount Tire are all connected no matter where I go and they will match your price. But I did not want to count anyone down in your establishment because I was treated very nicely and my service was done very fast

The employees were very friendly and kept me updated while I waited for my car. Even though I only scheduled my alignment I asked if I could get a tire rotation as well and they were able to fit in which was great since it saved from having to make another trip back.
