Competent service and advice

We purchased Michelin tires recommended by Russell Lease. They are great-what a difference from the prior tires that came on the truck. The store is very clean-nice! I will recommend this Big O store to anyone needing tires or repairs.

I was greeted right away by a very friendly, professional young man. He explained the pricing and time frame to complete the repair. He said he would call me when the repair was complete and he did. That's all you can ask when you drop your car off without an appointment. I'm very happy with the experience and the result.

Prompt friendly service

I felt like I was given honest information. I was told several months ago by a dealership that I needed brake work. I chose not to do it then and asked for that to be evaluated. Ryan told me that my brakes were fine. He did tell me that my shocks were leaking but did acknowledge that it was not something that would leave me stranded or need to be done right away. I just appreciate that kind of honesty.
