I'm recently a widow and knew I needed tires. Was unsure where to go and was afraid to make decisions, my husband usually took care of car issues. My son Jason Clay highly recommended Big O Tires and to speak with Ryan (manager). Jason has been going here for 8 yrs. and will work only with Ryan. My son spoke with Ryan first. When I showed up Ryan was very informative, I knew I could completely trust him because of the service my son has received over the last 8 yrs. I am so pleased with the tires and service I received, along with the information Ryan printed out for me for future services that will be needed. I know I will return. I knew I was well taken care of.

I went in because one tire kept losing air and 3 service centers said there was nothing wrong with it. Ryan took the time to remove the tire, diagnose an issue with buildup and corrosion on the wheel rim, and fix it at no charge.

I love the service here both Ryan and Russ were incredibly helpful as always.
